Pretty much the most awesome addon since BigBrother. This mod tells you (and, if you choose, the caster in question) who is using downranked spells.

Since the vast majority of abilities have no reason to be downranked since the launch of Wrath, due to the fact that most lower ranks of abilities have a higher or equal mana cost to the max level spell, this is a very useful mod.

In the 3 days I've been using it, I've caught:

- myself, using Rank 5 Chain Heal instead of Rank 7 on my shammy
- myself, using Rank 1 Wyvern Sting instead of Rank 6 on my hunter (you can tell I don't PVP...)
- paladins in all kinds of cross-server dungeons using the wrong Consecrate, Avenger's Shield, Holy Wrath and Hammer of Wrath
- druids in all kinds of dungeons using the wrong ranks for every single healing spell and most balance spells
- priests using the wrong ranks of Inner Fire, Prayer of Healing, Greater Heal, Renew...

Most of these errors stem not from the fact that the people are scrubs but because while levelling and having dual specs, only one set of bars gets updated when you train, not both. 9 times out of 10, it'll be a hybrid who shows up in your RankWatch.

Power Word: Shield rank 13 (max rank at level 80 is 14)

In a VOA pug on an alt today, the resto shammy had every single spell downranked, from his healing spells to the occasional shocks he tossed out, as well as his rez. He kept whispering me with "lol oops!!" and stuff.

I was just like... wow. Level enhance much? haha.

Some of those people prolly don't even realize their stuff is downranked lol. There is a glitch that if you have dual spec the spells for the spec you currently aren't playing don't get updated properly. And then the next time you lvl if you change specs again, then sometimes neither one updates properly (if spell ranks are already off order). This happened to me when I was lvling my priest as shadow and disc dual specs. XD I didn't even know why things seemed so odd after a while till my brother was playing my char one day and ended up noticing it. lolol

There are also correctly designed mods that cause this issue. I used SimpleActionSets to move my buttons around between pvp/pve + different specs, and you have to update each set of buttons after you finish leveling. Soon enough they'll get of the ability to cast ranked spells, and this concern will go away.
